This amazing and spacious 4 Bed 3 Bath house, is a superb offer for your recreational north Albania stay. The villa is located in walking distance to Shkodra lake, ca 6 km away from the city centre. It has an amazing view over Shkodra Lake and the city itself, a private infinity pool and a patio. The spacious master bedroom has a ensuite bathroom and Jacuzzi bath,walk in closet. The house has three more bedrooms. A long balcony overlooking the lake in the upper floor. Plus a 2000 sqm garden.

In addition to this villa, two other ones a few meters away are available for bigger groups. Both of them are of similar size and charasteristics and have both private pools.

You will have access to the whole villa, except for a private room (not included in the listing) where I keep my belongings.

Please note that during the cold season (October to March) the pool is not functional.
